Together a Healthier Future, the Integrated Care Partnership for Pennine Lancashire, is celebrating Volunteers Week and encouraging people to give volunteering a try.

A new campaign to get people talking about cancer has been launched across East Lancashire and Blackburn with Darwen.

Pennine Lancashire is to benefit from potentially up to £10m in funding to help more people be physically active.

GP practices across Lancashire and South Cumbria are rolling out a new scheme to help support and guide patients to access the most appropriate service for their need. GPs in Blackburn with Darwen and East Lancashire have been running this service now for nearly a year in Blackburn with Darwen, and nearly two years in East Lancashire.

Following the recent Audiology Service Redesign process in 2017 and the recent procurement process in December 2018 an audiology engagement meeting is now taking place. Current providers of AQP audiology services will give an update on the audiology procurement and next steps. The meeting will include a presentation from patients, service specification, tariff and new procurement timescales.
