Informal opportunity to discuss service and clinical topics to enable closer working and improved care.

As part of the work to develop new ways of working to support delivery of sustainable, high quality care to the population of Pennine Lancashire, the Together a Healthier Future Programme is inviting Primary and Secondary Care Clinicians to participate in our Clinical Knowledge Exchange.

The sessions will develop and reinforce trusting relationships and understanding across medical community of Pennine Lancashire. Particularly between primary and secondary care colleagues and will create the informal opportunity to discuss service and clinical topics to enable closer working and improved care.

The venues for the events will be in different locations across Pennine Lancashire and a hot supper will be provided
