Darwen Healthcare winners of the ‘General Practice Awards 2019’

'GP Team of the Year and Practice Nursing Award 2019’, are both fantastic achievements and are two of the most prestigious awards for GP surgeries who go above and beyond to meet their patients’ needs. This year local GP practice, Darwen Healthcare has scooped both awards at the General Practice Awards, held in London on 29 November 2019.

The General Practice Awards are designed to recognise, highlight and reward the hard work and innovation that gets carried out every day in surgeries throughout the UK.

Practice manager Ann Neville said:

“It was an amazing night!! I was so shocked and delighted at the same time couldn’t sleep that night!! Every single person; ranging from GP partners, GPs, trainees, advanced nurse practitioners, physician associates, paramedic and clinical pharmacist, practice nurses, assistant practitioner, healthcare assistants, administration and reception staff at Darwen Healthcare have all worked very hard and their dedication and hard work has paid off.
