Together an Active Future Tender Opportunity

Date posted: 7th June 2021

As Together an Active Future (TaAF) move into the next phase of our plans, we are looking to develop a partnership with a design agency who will help us bring our documents to life and help us share our learning.

Over the next twelve months we’d like to develop our own website and add a professional touch to documents we create in-house.

We are known for ‘Doing it differently’, being bold, our use of colour and creating visual documents and video rather than long text heavy documents.

Website:

TaAF’s main audience are our partners: healthcare professionals, leisure providers, local authorities and voluntary sector organisations.

We hope many will have heard of TaAF and visit our website to find out more information. We will also utilise social media marketing to direct to the website to read blogs, download resources etc.  We want our website to be a hub of all the TaAF related activity taking place in Pennine Lancashire.

TaAF currently have a webpage on this Healthier Pennine Lancashire website but as the project has expanded we now need our own website.  We estimate the website will have approximately fifteen pages.  We don’t have many images so an image led website wouldn’t work for us.

The website must be easy to navigate and for the TaAF team to update in-house.

We are anticipating a spend of £3000

Document design:

TaAF also wishes to ‘design up’ documents we have created in-house using Word and PowerPoint to ensure they look professional and are consistent with our branding.

The ‘designed-up’ documents must be editable using Microsoft packages should the TaAF team wish to edit a document – the TaAF team do not have Adobe software.

Initially these include the attached documents: Creative Engagement Toolkit, Design Principles and Look, Sound & Feel.

We anticipate an annual spend of £5000 on design work.

TaAF works across the whole of Pennine Lancashire and would like to invite companies to apply for this exciting tender opportunity - ideally TaAF would like one company to develop the website and design the documents.

For more information about TaAF, please see our Comms Approach and toolkit and our ‘Nothing to something, something to more’ document which outlines the plans latest submission to Sport England.

If you’d like to apply for this tender, please complete this form and email team@taaf.co.uk.   If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.  The closing date for applications is Wednesday 23rd June 2021.
